I don't do returns or refunds, *conditions apply 

I only do refunds if the item arrives broken, you will need to provide a picture of the item as proof you must also contact me within 3 days of receiving the product.

I will not refund you if you break the item yourself due to poor use.

To start a refund, you can contact me at eclecticmind22@gmail.com. Please note that refunds may take a while depending on your bank.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right, a picture must be taken to show the problem and possibly verify your claim. 


Exchanges

Another option is to make an exchange for the same or different item, I’ll give you a code to use at check out if you still want to buy a product and not have to wait for a refund (if eligible for refund ).


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order in 14 days. *cancellation charge may apply 


Refunds

I will  let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
